Villa Riviera’s social centre is one open, light-filled floor. Kitchen, dining table, lounge, library and workspace sit within easy reach of one another, with calm corners for reading or working and enough scale for everyone to gather. Full-height openings keep the sea present and lead directly towards the terraces.

At the centre of coastal days
The private pool sits directly in front of the villa, connected to the living floor and open towards the Mediterranean horizon. Loungers and shaded places make it the natural centre of long summer days; the pool can be heated on request.

Gathering outside, from lunch onwards
Beside the pool, a shaded dining terrace and barbecue area make cooking and eating outdoors part of the daily rhythm. The long table brings everyone together while the garden and sea keep the setting open and distinctly Mediterranean.

Lush privacy above the coast
Mediterranean planting, palms, cacti, flowers and a small herb garden wrap the villa in greenery. The layered garden screens neighbouring views, softens the architecture and creates a surprisingly lush, almost tropical sense of privacy above the coast.

How many guests can stay at Villa Riviera?
The residence welcomes up to six guests, as well as babies and toddlers. It has five suites and four bathrooms.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is generally from 4 pm, with check-out by 10 am. Guest Relations shares the final arrival details before your stay.
What is the minimum stay?
The standard minimum stay is seven nights. Selected shorter stays from four nights may be available depending on the season and travel dates; current options appear in the booking system.
Is the pool heated?
The pool can be heated on request. Availability and any additional cost are confirmed during booking.
Is the villa suitable for families with young children?
Yes. Cots, high chairs, a baby monitor, children’s tableware, games and selected play equipment can be prepared before arrival.
What is included with the stay?
Villa Riviera is fully equipped with boutique amenities prepared before arrival. A road-licensed golf cart, Singular Gym access and selected local sports facilities are included subject to the confirmed booking details. Guest Relations and our Experience Manager support you before, during and after your stay.
Which additional services can be arranged?
Our Experience Manager can arrange private chefs, airport transfers, car hire, yacht charters, yoga, restaurant reservations and further experiences tailored to your stay.
How do payment and cancellation work?
A 30% deposit is due within 14 days of booking, with the balance payable four weeks before arrival. Cancellation fees are 30% of the total price 90 days or more before arrival, 50% from 89 to 60 days, 75% from 59 to 30 days, and 95% from 29 days before arrival or in the event of a no-show.
